Responding to your request
When we receive your request we will acknowledge it within 5 working days and provide a response within 20 working days.
We will always try to release as much information as possible; however there are exemptions that stop certain information being released.
If any exemptions apply to your request, you’ll be told what they are and why they apply. You can challenge any decisions you disagree with.
Records of previous FOI requests – Disclosure Log
We keep a record of all the requests we’ve dealt with under the FOI Act. This is called the Disclosure log.
