Bishop Ellis serves a wide catchment area extending from Thurmaston across Birstall, Rothley, Syston, Sileby and many surrounding villages in north-east Leicestershire. Our catchment reflects the Catholic parishes served by the school and provides families across the area with the opportunity to access a Catholic education.

Although Bishop Ellis has a defined catchment area, we are delighted to receive applications from families both within and outside of it. How to Apply

Applications for Reception places are made through your home local authority. Families applying under the faith criteria should also complete the Supplementary Information Form where appropriate.
