As you may know from the recent ParentMail newsletter, the children in all classes can dress up as their favourite book character for World Book Day on Thursday 1st March 2018.

 

As usual, the children will be coming home with a £1 voucher which can be exchanged for one of eight books from selected book sellers or £1 off a £2.50 book/or another book of their choice. The national theme for this year is Share a Story. Each year group will be running their own events and throughout the week, the activities will include making their own world book day author display, designing their own book covers, hunting for "Wally" and possibly even taking "shelfies".
