South Charnwood Champions!! Our team of 6 cyclists, led by Rocco and Oscar, proved too much for all the other schools in our area, as we rode away with the title. It was a mixture of technique and racing, and those joint skills along with excellent teamwork, meant that BE was the best team on the day. This means BE will represent S Charnwood at the school sports games finals, so keep an eye on the notice board for further details. Well done Jack, Isobel, Faith, Archie, Oscar and Rocco.

As an update, on the 13th June the same team, representing S Charnwood, rode really well against the cream of under 11 cyclists of Leistershire. We couldn't quite raise our game to win it, but came a very creditable 4th. The atmosphere was great, and even though we didn't manage to win, the attitude in defeat was brilliant to see. Well done team. The school is proud of you.
