Is there a better way of ending the year than getting out on our bikes? Answer; no! School had a special invite to participate in this event, and of course Mr Jackson isn't going to say no to getting out on the bike. So 30 year 6 children and several adults had a brilliant time cycling into Leicester by all the back routes, including Watermead Park. We ended up at Leicester Cathedral, where we had lunch and watched some entertainments, including a BMX demonstration, before cycling back to school. Even the weather was kind to us. The children were amazing and a real credit to the school. They were also tired by the time they got back!

 

So c'mon everybody, get on your bikes and ride! Ask your children about the back routes into Leicester and follow in their cycletracks.
