Bishop Ellis Athletic Team Away at Wreake Valley 9/11/16

“”The boys played  tremendously well at Wreake Valley. Our first game was against Gatsby we beat them 4-0. It was an amazing effort from the team with smashing goals from Johnson, Jude, William and Louis. Our 2nd match was a 0-0 draw. We didn’t play the way we normally do, and we managed to draw the game. In the next matches, we fixed our mistakes and started to move the ball around quickly again. Everyone who took part was fantastic and we continue to be unbeaten so far this season’’  William & Jude

On the 8th of November, the team played two matches away at Churchill. The first half we played against their A team it was a hard fought half. We managed to score the opening goal, The goal was scored by Captain Jack Goldfinch. Towards the end of the game Churchill was awarded a penalty. We were all worried but then Jamie pulled off an amazing save. Minutes after they scored three goals to make it 3-1. The second game was against their B Team and we played well as a team and scored two goals! Everyone played well.’’ Jack
