May - Month of Mary
Friday 1st May marks the start of the month of Mary - one of two months in the Church year (the other is October) when we honour Mary, the Mother of Jesus and Mother of us all.
Miss Hickey has created a wonderful video about Mary our Mother for you all to watch. In the video, Miss Hickey asks you to be creative and send in different types of work inspired by Mary - you will find out more when you watch the video. Please send a picture of your Marian creation(s) to admin@bishopellis.leics.sch.uk, marked for Miss Hickey's attention, by Friday 15th May and it will be included in a video montage put together by Miss Hickey, which will be posted on the school website. We will look forward to seeing your work!
