Homework in Reception

Each half term, the children will be sent home with their homework grids. The homework grids include lots of different homework activities related to our topics of that half term. The children need to choose an activity that interests them and complete it in their homework booklet. Once a week the children will get the chance to share their homework with their class and teacher.  We encourage the children to try to complete a range of different types of activity. You only need to complete 1 activity each week.

Please ensure that you cross off the completed homework and write the date it was completed on, on the homework grid.

We encourage adults at home to help the children decide which the shorter activities are and which may take a little longer.
